Avery Kinney has always had the unique ability to assess difficult situations, determine what could be done differently and then create simple, easy to understand and easy to implement solutions, which deliver sustainable results FAST.

Avery Kinney is an established leader in Human Resources, Contact Center management that known for passion toward excellence in leadership. He has held a variety of positions with federal government, nonprofits, faith-based interests and the Human Resources arena as The HR Man™.

Avery provides coaching/training to aspiring, newly appointed and experienced leaders and has worked as a workplace turn-around partner. He started his career over 25 years ago as a Human Resources call center agent before becoming a leadership consultant.  Mr. Kinney has worked directly with top-shelf leaders to advance improvement initiatives and understands that leaders must be lifelong learners and better solutions come from groups with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

His experience includes work in suburban, and large urban areas. He currently provides leadership training, coaching and consulting across the country in addition to providing training specifically to build faith-based leaders. Avery is a trained workplace mediator. Mr. Kinney has provided transitional consulting services to make the transition seamless to many clients and has led the execution of successful strategic planning, organizational change, and program development. In his leadership roles at for-profit organizations he has led company-wide service delivery, helping to systematically improve service delivery effectiveness. As a Program Manager at the Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission, Avery successfully led the development of performance task assessments with level 5 leadership teams.

Avery has extensive experience in leadership, partnership development and a successful track record at helping organizations promote quality practices to ensure leaders flourish where they have been planted.
