Pastor Iris Kinney has committed her life to Christ for human inspiration, divine impact, and expedient empowerment for the honor of God’s Kingdom. She is a servant leader, serving in ministry with her husband, Bishop Avery Kinney, Sr. Together, they minister the Word of God on the worldwide platform of The Prophet’s Porch. Pastor Iris has a practical and powerful delivery of the preached Word of God, impacting souls, while compassionately declaring healing, wholeness, and reconciliation to the body of Christ. Pastor Iris believes in investing time and resources to impart, impact, inspire, teach, and share biblical principles. Pastor Iris is unrelenting in the empowerment of women and works with passion, positivity, and perseverance to equip and encourage women to maximize their potential in every facet of their lives. She is the founder and Executive Director of Reflecting His Glory, a women’s ministry established to minster especially to female Pastors, Co-Pastor and Pastor’s wives. Pastor Iris' effectiveness reaching souls for Christ is enhanced by her example of boldness, faith, passion, and Christ-confidence.

Pastor Iris founded the Women’s Ministry of P.E.A.R.L.S. and G.E.M.S. which are women’s and young-women’s ministries. She has great appreciation for P.E.A.R.L.S. in the natural and is even more passionate about P.E.A.R.L.S. Ministries’, and the treasure the Lord placed inside each of them. Pastor Iris works with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God to reiterate to women, divinely hand strung into P.E.A.R.L.S., that their worth is priceless and that they are predestined to develop and exude a radiant luster that comes only from bathing in the Water of the Word of God daily, while allowing Christ to renew their minds & hearts to reflect the Light and Love of Christ in all they say and do. Just like the pearl parable written in Mathew 13:45-46, P.E.A.R.L.S. are valuable and blood bought for a great price.

Pastor Iris is a business owner and sole proprietor of “Touch of Pizzazz” (T.O.P.) Graphics & Gifts, a graphic design and gift consultation service. She is the author of Redemptive Whispers, a published inspirational and poetic book. Pastor Iris is a facilitator at the Leadership Bootcamp and enjoys opportunities to present and share “pearls” of wisdom and revelation. Pastor Iris is a native Washingtonian and has also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the District of Columbia. She is a wife, mother of two: Avery Kinney, Jr. and Jayla Kinney, a grandmother of one: Madison Kinney, a sister, daughter, mentor, and friend. Pastor Iris continues to press forward multidimensionally and remains motivated to move with the Glory of Christ and fulfill her commitment to advance the Gospel of Christ and minister for God to His people.
